Information we handle

When you create a link, we store the destination URL, its generated short ID, creation details, click count, and any password protection you choose. We also use an anonymous user ID so your links can be shown together in your link panel.

If you submit a safety report, we receive the short link, the reason, any details you provide, and the contact information included in the report.

How we use information

We use this information to create and route short links, show link statistics, provide password protection, respond to reports, prevent abuse, and operate the service. Passwords for protected links are securely hashed with bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. Because hashing is one-way, we cannot recover the original password.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information when required by law or when necessary to protect the service, its users, or others. We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.

Cookies and similar storage

URL BLAZE may use a necessary cookie or browser storage value to recognize your anonymous user ID and keep your links available in your panel. We do not use this information for advertising profiles.
